Greetings, my dear sisters!

If you are reading this note, that means you are STILL HERE and you have lived to testify about how God brought you through! He has been there for us through it ALL and for that, we should be forever grateful.

As this new year is in full swing, I want to briefly share with you a few verses of encouragement. God has declared and confirmed that this new year of 2016 will be the year we experience GREATER things from this point forward J. So, these verses are found in Isaiah 43:16, 18-19:

Isaiah 43:16, 18-19

16 Thus saith the Lord, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;

18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Maybe you are feeling down for some reason…these verses should lift you up. Maybe you feel like you are dying inside…these verses should speak life to your spirit. Maybe you just don’t know what is going on in your life and you’re looking for new direction…these verses should encourage your heart that God has something special in store for you if you will just allow Him to lead! God is letting us know that despite what may have happened to us, no matter how rough or tough it may have seemed, we don’t have to focus on any of those OLD situations because He is making ready to bring us into something NEW. And not only that, but He will not wait until later in the year to begin, He has already begun making ways where there seem to be none, bringing light in the midst of dark times, and refreshing our spirits in situations that appear to be draining the life from us! God is going to prove to us that as we continue to live for Him, He will work in our favor and as the world continues to worsen, we will prosper even the more. These are some of the “benefits” (Psalm 103) of being on the Lord’s side! Isn’t He amazing?!?

Make no mistake about it, we are living in the end times that the Bible speaks about. The Word of God is fulfilling itself every day. However, there is no need for us as princesses in God’s royal court to worry at all. Why? Because through Him, we still “live, move, and have our being” (Acts 17:28). No matter what happens around us (and there is a LOT happening in our world today), know that nothing happens to us without God’s knowledge and approval and He will STILL care and provide for us if we continue to keep Him first.

I pray many blessings on you and yours as we continue together in this glorious year 2016!

Much Love,

Your Sis-N-Christ,

Minister Domonique Brunson
