Calling for Dear Diary Letters......
If you are a female between the ages of 12 and 18 and would like help with something that you are dealing with, please submit a "Dear Diary" letter to DOK by Wednesday, June 15th. You may sign the letter using a fictitious name so that the letter remains anonymous. Issues contained in the letters may be addressed during the upcoming virtual DOK session at the National Convention on Saturday, July 16th, 5:00 pm EST. Be sure to tune in for that session. It will be something you don't want to miss!

The By Faith Daughters of the King initiative (DOK) is a ministry, supported by First Lady DeLois McKnight, that provides teen girls a safe space to explore and understand issues that they face in today’s society, to connect with seasoned women, establish relationships, share stories, gain wisdom and encouragement to overcome life challenges. By faith, we declare that our daughters will be “as cornerstones, polished after the similitude of a palace” (psalm 144:12). They shall grow strong in faith, and not waiver. As a national initiative, DOK will expand and develop resources that district and local churches may use to specifically enhance the spiritual growth and development of this population of youth.
DOK Youth Ambassadors ProgramDaughters of the King (DOK), a ministry supported by First Lady DeLois McKnight, is calling for DOK youth ambassadors. This will be a group of teen girls, ages 12-18, who will serve as leaders for other COGBF teens across the national church body. DOK ambassadors will meet virtually with DOK advisors periodically throughout the year to help plan DOK conference sessions, national outreach efforts, and to better meet the needs of teen girls throughout the church body.
DOK Ambassador Criteria:
1. Females between the ages of 12 and 18
2. Active in local church services
3. Committed to Ministry
4. Exhibit leadership skills and characteristics
5. In good standing with the local church, district, school, and community
6. Maintains a "B" or above average in school
7. Must be approved by the local pastor, district superintendent, First Lady McKnight,
and DOK leaders
