What follows are the ministry outreach groups on the South Florida district.  For those interested in joining any of these groups, please make contact here. The women of the South Florida District are truly on the move!

DISTRICT MINISTRIES FOR WOMEN:

1. Girl Talk/ Woman to woman – Session held each district meeting

2. District Women’s prayer

• 1 hour of prayer 1st Saturday each month thru November

• (come together at each local church)

• (Optional: fellowship afterward in breakfast)

3. District Pastors Wives & Ministers’ wives Outing

• Once a year Fellowship Outside of church

WOMEN’S MINISTRY AT CHURCHES ON DISTRICT

1. Winter Park: Women’s Fellowship – Monthly (eating, Teaching, Fun & games)

•  Conference or Gathering – 1st weekend of May – yearly

2. Haines City: Women’s Conference

3. Winter Haven: Women’s Fellowship/prayer Breakfast – 1st Thurs. each month

4. Lake Alfred: Fellowship/Food Basket to needy; visit sick & elderly

5. Frostproof: Womens’ Conference – Annual

• Crafts
• Bowling
• Dinners
• Monthly Meetings 

6. Sebring: Outings to Flea Market

• Dinners - weekly
• Prayer Together, Every Friday

7. Lake Hamilton: Home Mission, Every 4th Sunday

8. Avon Park: Home Mission, once a month

• Jail Ministry, twice a month
• Nursing Home, Twice a month
• Food on Wheels, Every Friday

9. Lake Placid, Special Meetings

• Prayer & Teaching
• Fun & games
• Breakfast Outings
